All orders placed at JK Boots are shipped via The United States Postal Service (USPS) or the United Parcel Service (UPS) for both domestic (United States) and international shipping. Occasionally, we may select DHL for international shipping when certain restrictions or limitations apply.

  • What if I need to update my shipping address?
  • You can update your shipping address one of two ways:
    • Access your order confirmation email, click view order then Update shipping address.
    • You can also email customer service or call 1 (509) 487 - 0154 option #3.

9 Things To Know about JK Boots Shipping

  1. All in-stock, ready-to-ship boots and accessories (excluding belts) are fulfilled within 1 - 5 business days of purchase. 
  2. The shipping speed chosen during checkout does not indicate when your order will arrive but rather the speed at which your order ships once fulfilled. 
  3. Occasionally, the model/color/size will not be immediately available as they are in production but, once completed, will ship via the chosen shipping speed and carrier selected during checkout.
  4. There may be times when the boots selected that show in stock and ready to ship may need to be placed into production. This typically happens when two individuals look at the same model, color, and size simultaneously on the website, and one customer is quicker to purchase. Also, if you leave selected boots in your shopping cart too long, another customer may purchase them before you. However, if this were to happen, JK Boots customer service would contact you and let you know that your boots are being placed into production with an approximate 4 - 6 weeks timeline.
  5. JK Boots does ship Internationally! When you check out, you can select your country from the drop-down menu to see if your location is listed. We cannot ship to your location if your country is not listed. JK Boots shipping is limited to the countries our shipping partners can deliver to. 
  6. JK Boots does not provide options for shippers not listed during checkout. 
  7. Once your order is fulfilled, you'll receive an automated email notification with tracking information.
  8. All boots are shipped with signature confirmation to mitigate the possibility of your package being stolen. You can select to waive signature confirmation during checkout, but know that this may impact your ability to submit a claim for lost/stolen packages successfully. If you wish to change your signature confirmation selection after purchasing, please contact JK Boots Customer Service.
  9. JK Boots ships all boot orders with insurance. If your package was lost, stolen, missing items, or damaged, please refer to this article for guidance!
