Are your boots not fitting right? Do you need a different size or a different model altogether? We can make that happen! You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to your doorstep to submit an exchange request.

Custom Boot Order Exchange Requests cannot be processed through our Returns and Exchange portal. Please use the Custom Exchange/Return Form included in the packaging. Limitations do apply; see below for more information.


Exchange instructions:

  1. Head over to our Returns and Exchange portal: https://jkboots.loopreturns.com/
  2. Follow the guided instructions to choose a different size and/or model.
  3. Repackage all included items with your boots in the original box.
  4. Print the return mailing label and apply it to the outside of the package.
    • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  5. Ship your return for an exchange to:

What happens next?

  • Once your return for an exchange has been delivered to our facility, we will initiate your exchange. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for our returns team to process your request. 
  • Once complete, you'll receive an email with the exchange order details. 
  • Exchange orders will be shipped within 1 - 5 business days if we have the requested size/model/color in stock. However, please know that some exchange orders must be placed into production, and our standard lead-time estimates for exchange orders are 3 - 5 weeks.

IMPORTANT! We cannot process your exchange request if any of the following conditions apply.

  1. The boots returned are in worn condition. This includes boots that have been oiled, obviously worn outside, dirty/muddy, scuffed or have heavy creasing from use.
  2. Any boots returned for an exchange that are damaged.
  3. Exchange requests due to a cosmetic imperfection. Please visit our Quality Control article for more information. 
  4. Exchange requests are not accepted outside the 30-day return/exchange window, which is 30 days from the date your boots were delivered to your doorstep.
  5. Boots purchased from a third party or dealer.
  6. Boots with custom uppers.
  7. Boots with mismatched sizing.
  8. Boots with a custom logo.
  9. The following boot models are ineligible for an exchange: Caulk Logger, Ironhide, or Station boot.
