Refunds

Due to the exclusive nature of our limited-edition items, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. These items are produced in small quantities and are highly sought after, making them special collector's pieces.


Exceptions

While we do not offer refunds, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly address any issues with the boots, such as defects or errors in production. Please contact us immediately if you encounter any problems.


Exchanges

We understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky. We offer exchanges for limited-edition items and exclusive products for sizing issues, subject to availability and our standard exchange policy. Please note that exchanges are only allowed for sizing adjustments and must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. The items must be in new and unworn condition.
