We at JK Boots want you to be delighted with your purchase! If you are not, you can return or exchange your items under the following conditions. For all merchandise purchased from JK Boots besides boots, please follow the guidance outlined below.
Eligibility
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to submit a return or exchange request.
- All apparel must be in new, unworn condition.
- Apparel cannot have been washed and must have all the original tags in place.
- Belts can show no signs of wear, no extra holes punched, and be free of marks, scuffs, and debris.
- Laces cannot have been used and must be in the original packaging.
- Tongue guards, laces, and station zippers must show no signs of being worn.
- The waterproofing spray and the suede brush must not have been used.
- Items purchased as part of a clearance sale or an exclusive release are ineligible for return.
Exclusions
- Items not meeting the above conditions (e.g., worn, washed, or missing tags) will not be accepted for return or exchange and will be returned to the purchaser.
