Return Instructions: 

  • Submit a return request through our online portal at jkboots.loopreturns.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

    • You can choose to receive store credit, which can be used later, or have the refund credited back to your original form of payment.

  • Repackage all included items and boots in the original packaging.

  • Print the return mailing label created through our returns portal, place it on the outside of the box, and ship it back to JK Boots  10220 E. Sprague Ave. Spokane Valley, WA. 99206

  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend asking the carrier to add insurance and tracking confirmation to protect your return.

  • Custom boot returns cannot be processed through our returns portal. Please use the Custom Exchange/Return Form provided in the package with your order.

*** Please allow 7-14 business days for our team to process your refund. Once issued, funds will be credited back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. ***


Returns for refunds will be rejected for any of the following reasons.

  • Boots returned in worn or damaged condition: dirty/muddy, scuffed, heavy creasing, oiled, or worn outside.

  • Returns that are not initiated within the 30-day return/exchange window.

  • Returns for cosmetic imperfections. Please see our Quality Control article for more information.

  • Boots purchased off our Seconds racks.

  • Custom boots with mismated/mismatched sizing.

  • Boots with custom uppers or a custom logo.

  • Boots with non-JK Boots performed modifications or repairs.

  • Boots that have been rebuilt or resoled.

  • Third-party or dealer-purchased boots.

  • Orders that were delayed due to shipping delays caused by third-party carriers.

  • Boots that are not completed and shipped within the approximated manufacturing lead times. Lead times fluctuate and are not exact but rather an approximation of when your order will be completed.

  • We do not accept returns or refunds for Caulk Loggers, Ironhidesor Station Boots.

Refunds will not include shipping costs, expedited service fees, or the non-refundable build fee associated with custom-made boots.
