With any custom boot purchase, for an additional fee, you can select an option to try a pair of boots in the size you're interested in before your custom boots are made. This will allow you to experience the boots' fit and feel. If the sizing is spot on, we'll produce your custom boot order with the confirmed length and width. If the sizing isn't quite correct, we can determine a better size based on your feedback.

8 Things to Know About the Try-On Service
- The try-on service option is $150 + any applicable taxes.
- It is only available as an option for custom boot orders.
- Try-ons are only available for US-based customers.
- Try-on boot orders are on an expedited timeline of 8 - 10 weeks or less to produce and ship. However, lead times can change depending on increased production volume and material availability.
- The try-on period is 14 days from the date of delivery. To avoid incurring additional costs, you must return try-on boots within that timeframe.
- Try-on boots cannot be worn outside or laced around the uppers. To avoid being charged for your try-on boots, they must be returned in like-new, unworn condition. They must show no signs of being worn outside, oiled, scuffed, or damaged, and no heavy creasing in the uppers.
- Your custom boot order's timeline begins once the try-on boots have been returned and the sizing is confirmed.
- Not all sizes qualify for the try-on service. Try-on boots are limited to lengths 4.5 through 14 and widths D through 5E.

- What if I like my try-on boots so much that I want to purchase them?
- You can purchase your try-on boots! Contact a boot specialist at (509) 487 - 0154 to complete the purchase. The cost would be the standard stock price of the model you were sent minus the $150 try-on service fee.
- When I return my try-on boots, how long will it be before my custom boot order is built and shipped?
- The original manufacturing timeline will apply and is available for review in the confirmation email you received when you completed your purchase. Your custom boot order's timeline begins once your try-on boots have been returned and the sizing is confirmed.
- How will I know if the try-on boots fit and feel like they should?
- Every pair of try-on boots is shipped with a try-on feedback sheet that explains the difference between a proper fit and an improper fit. You'll be asked a series of questions to help us determine if the sizing is good or if adjustments need to be made. Additionally, you can always call and speak with a boot specialist if you have questions!
- What if I fail to return my try-on boots? What happens then?
- If you do not return your try-on boots within the try-on boot time frame and do not return our contact attempts, your custom boot order will be canceled, and you will be refunded the difference between the standard stock model price and your custom boot order.
