Warranty Process
- All Warranty claims are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- Our team will assess the issue and determine the best action, including repair, replacement, or other remedies.
- Please use the form found on our Warranty Policy page to submit a claim. Be sure to include clear images and a detailed description of the problem.
Exclusions
JK Western's Limited Warranty does not cover the following.
- Accidental damage
- Damage caused by liquids/chemicals
- Improper care/neglect
- Misuse or abuse
- Normal wear and tear
- Sizing
- Third-party or vendor-purchased
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
