We stand behind the quality of our boots and offer a 180-day Warranty from the delivery date. 

Warranty Process

  • All Warranty claims are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
  • Our team will assess the issue and determine the best action, including repair, replacement, or other remedies.
  • Please use the form found on our Warranty Policy page to submit a claim. Be sure to include clear images and a detailed description of the problem.

Exclusions

JK Western's Limited Warranty does not cover the following.

  • Accidental damage
  • Damage caused by liquids/chemicals
  • Improper care/neglect
  • Misuse or abuse
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Sizing
  • Third-party or vendor-purchased
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
