JK Boots Limited Warranty

Our fault? We'll fix it! We at JK Boots take pride in our craftsmanship. Our boots stand up to the rigors of both work and play. We're so confident in the durability and quality of our boots that we offer a 12-month, no-nonsense Limited Warranty. If a defect occurs within 12 months of your boots being delivered to your door, we'll make it right for you! We will perform a repair to correct the problem or offer a Warranty exchange if the issue cannot be fixed due to the nature of the defect.

JK Boots offers a limited 1-year Warranty for:

  • All new boot purchases—This excludes boots purchased from JK Warehouse, which are as-is and not covered under the Warranty. Additionally, JK Western boots come with a 180-day Warranty. Please see the JK Western portion of this reference article for more information.
  • Rebuild Service—We will Warranty any defects with the vamp, counter, insole, midsole, or heels and not cover any other parts of the boot.
  • New Soles Service—We will Warranty any defects in the new soles, heels, and sock liner but not cover any other parts of the boot.

Exclusions—Your Warranty does not cover the following:

  • Excessive or abusive wear conditions
  • Sizing issues
  • Damage caused by chemicals or liquids
  • Non-JK Boots performed repair work or modifications
  • Boots purchased from a third party or vendor
  • Failure to properly maintain your product (including poor cleaning and conditioning)
  • The continued use of a safety toe or metatarsal guard after the boot has sustained an impact above the ASTM rating specifications
  • Cosmetic imperfections
  • Boot squeak

Warranty Process

  • All Warranty claims are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
  • Our team will assess the issue and determine the best action, including repair, replacement, or other remedies.
  • Please use the form found on our Warranty Policy page to submit a claim. Be sure to include clear images and a detailed description of the problem.

JK Western's Limited Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our boots and offer a 180-day Warranty from the delivery date. 

Exclusions—Your JK Western Limited Warranty does not cover the following

  • Accidental damage
  • Damage caused by liquids/chemicals
  • Improper care/neglect
  • Misuse or abuse
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Sizing
  • Third-party or vendor-purchased
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
