JK Boots Manufacturing Lead Time Estimates

Please know that all manufacturing lead times are approximations and not definite. Lead times can fluctuate depending on issues such as material shortages, etc. 

🔵 Yes! We do Ship internationally. However, this excludes try-on orders.

🔵 If you wish to waive signature confirmation on an order, you can do so during checkout. However, if you've already placed your order and want to waive signature confirmation, don't hesitate to contact JK Boots Customer Service!

Standard Boot Models

Standard boot models in stock and ready to ship will be indicated by the green size and width selections on the product details page and displayed as Ship Now. If your selected standard boot model is not readily available to ship, it will show as Reserve, meaning that your desired size and model are currently in production.

• Ship Now orders will ship within 1 - 5 business days of placing your order. We will ship your boots out using the chosen shipping method during checkout. Please know that the shipping speed you select doesn't equate to how many days until you receive your order; it is the shipping speed once your order ships after 1 - 5 business days.
• Reserve orders will ship once they are completed in production. The lead time estimate for our standard boot models is 8 - 10 weeks. Once your order is completed, we will send your boots using the shipping speed you selected during checkout. 

Made-to-order Boot Models

All made-to-order boots not in stock ready-to-ship will have a manufacturing lead time selection on the product detail page.

• Expedited  9 - 11 Weeks ($105 fee)
• Standard  14 - 16 Weeks

Custom Boot Models

All custom boot orders will have a manufacturing lead time selection on the product detail page. Below is a list of the available lead times. Please note that during promotional periods, the 26-week extended manufacturing lead time may not be available. 

• Expedited  9 - 11 Weeks ($105 fee)
• Standard  14 - 16 Weeks
• Extended 26 - 28 Weeks ($100 discount)

Repair Services Lead Time Estimates 

Our repair service lead time estimates begin once your boots are received at our production facility. Once received, please allow 3 - 5 business days for your boots to be handed over to our repairs team. 

• New Heels, New Soles & General Repairs
  • Standard 10 - 12 Weeks
  • Expedited 9 - 11 Weeks ($105 fee)
• Rebuild
  • Standard 14 - 16 Weeks
  • Expedited 9 - 11 Weeks ($105)

Belts 

All belts have an estimated lead time of 1 - 2 weeks. 

Apparel & Accessory Items (small goods)

All apparel and accessory orders ship within 1 - 5 business days of purchase. Your order will then ship using the shipping speed selected during checkout.

** The Shipping speeds selected during checkout do not indicate your expected delivery date. All boot orders ship via the method/speed chosen during checkout. In-stock, ready-to-ship boot orders will ship within 1 - 5 business days. We do not offer free shipping.
