Promotional Gift and Item ReturnUpdated a month ago

When purchasing an item that includes a promotional gift (e.g., a belt with a pair of boots), the gift must also be returned in new, unworn condition if you decide to return the purchase.

  • If the gift is not returned, we will deduct its full retail value from your refund.
  • If the gift is returned damaged or in used/worn condition, the full retail value will reduce the refund.
