By default, JK will always ship boot orders with signature confirmation. This option helps protect you, the customer, from lost packages. However, we provide the option of waiving signature confirmation during checkout. By waiving signature confirmation, you acknowledge your acceptance of responsibility for delivery without verification, potentially impacting claims for lost packages.
- If you have selected USPS as your shipping carrier, please be aware that waiving signature confirmation can impact your ability to submit a claim for package loss. To quote directly from USPS, "If the signature is not required, any insurance claims for loss of the package is void if the item's status/scan is 'Delivered' in USPS Tracking."
- Contact JK Boots customer service team if your order has yet to ship and you wish to remove the signature confirmation. Your request doesn't guarantee a waiver of signature confirmation, and your order may be fulfilled before the change can be made.
- JK Boots cannot waive or remove signature confirmation once your package has been given to the shipping carrier. If your package has already shipped, and you wish to waive or remove signature confirmation, please contact the carrier for further assistance.
- United States Postal Service (USPS)
- It is impossible to waive or remove signature confirmation with USPS once an order has been fulfilled, as it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. Signature confirmation can only be removed or waived before shipping.
- United Parcel Service (UPS)
- With UPS My Choice, you can log into your account and select to leave packages without a signature under delivery preferences.

- Visit the DHL On-Demand Delivery Portal
- Enter the Tracking number in the space provided
- Look for the option to adjust delivery preferences
- Follow the prompts to make the necessary changes
