We highly recommend picking up boots personally when possible. Involving a third party carrier definitely adds convenience, but it also adds some risk as well. We do our best to work with carriers on all shipping related issues, but, we are often at the mercy of the carrier. Most of the time, things go smoothly. Occasionally, there are hiccups.&#xA0;In the event of a delayed or lost package, we recommend reaching out to the carrier and immediately filing a claim. The sooner this is done, the better. We&apos;ve also seen a higher success rate when the customer reaches out directly to their local shipping carriers office as a secondary step. Somehow, people find things they wouldn&apos;t normally find.&#xA0;We do our best to help, but, we can only do so much. This is the risk of using shipping carriers to handle products.&#xA0;Unfortunately, lost or stolen mail is not eligible for any refunds via JK Boots. These situations are not fun for anyone, and ultimately no ones fault other than the carrier.
