Gift Card Troubleshooting

  • Electronic gift card not received
    • Check your email's spam/junk folder. 
    • Search your email for a subject line that reads JK Boots $XX gift card.
    • Verify that the gift card was sent to the correct email address.
    • Add the [email protected] email address to the safe sender's list.
    • Contact JK Boots customer service to have the gift card email sent again.
  • Physical gift card not received
    • Check the tracking number details per carrier to see the status.

  • Gift card code not working during checkout
    • Ensure you're entering the proper code. Double check for typos, such as entering the letter 'O' for the number '0'. Also, sometimes people confuse 'l' (lowercase L) for the number '1'.
    • Gift card codes are case-sensitive, so you must enter the exact combination of upper- and lowercase letters and numbers provided in the gift card email.
    • Ensure there are no leading or trailing spaces before or after the code.
  • Incorrect gift card balance
    • Check previous transactions to ensure there haven't been previous card uses.
    • Clear your browser's cache, as sometimes old data may be causing a display issue. 
    • Contact JK Boots customer service team to confirm your card's current balance.
  • Unable to purchase a gift card
    • Confirm that the payment method being used is accepted.
    • Disable browser extensions, such as ad-blockers, that may interfere with the purchasing process.
    • Clear your browser's cookies and cache.
    • Try a different device or network.
