JK offers both electronic and physical gift cards for purchase. This article will provide general information and troubleshooting should you have any issues using a JK gift card. 


Gift Card FAQ

  • What is a JK gift card?
    • A JK Boots gift card is a prepaid card you can use to purchase any product on our website, including JK Wetserns and boots in our JK Warehouse Factory Seconds store.
  • How do I purchase a JK Boots gift card?
    • You can purchase a JK gift card directly from our website. Select an electronic or physical gift card, choose the desired value, add the gift card to your cart, and proceed to checkout.
  • How will I receive my gift card?
    • Electronic gift cards are delivered via email to the address provided during checkout. You'll receive a gift card code that you can use during checkout to redeem their value on any subsequent purchases.
    • A physical gift card will be delivered to the shipping address you enter during checkout.
  • How do I redeem a JK Boots gift card?
    • To use your gift card, add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, enter your unique gift card code, and click apply. The gift card value will be deducted from your total order amount.
  • What if my order exceeds the gift card balance?
    • If your order total is more than the balance on your gift card, you can pay the remaining amount using another accepted payment method at checkout.
  • Can I use a discount code and my gift card on the same order?
    • Yes, you can use a discount code with your gift card. Apply the discount code first, and then enter your gift card code during checkout. The order total will be adjusted accordingly.
  • Do JK Boots gift cards expire?
    • Our gift cards do not expire. They can be used at any time for any product on our website.
  • Can I check my gift card balance?
    • To check your gift card balance, add an item to your cart and enter your gift card to see the remaining amount. Please know that currently, there's no other way to view your gift card balance online, and you'll need to add the gift card code each time you purchase if you have any remaining balance. 
    • You can also contact JK Boots customer service anytime to request your remaining balance.
  • Can I return items purchased with a gift card?
    • Yes, items purchased with a gift card are eligible for return per our return policy. The refunded amount will be credited back to your gift card. 
  • Can I use multiple gift cards for a single purchase?
    • Yes, you can use multiple gift cards for a single purchase. You'll need to add each code individually during checkout.
  • Are there any restrictions on what I can purchase with a gift card?
    • The only restriction is that you cannot use a gift card to purchase another gift card. However, there are no other restrictions on what you can buy with a JK Boot gift card. 

Gift Card Troubleshooting

  • Electronic gift card not received
    • Check your email's spam/junk folder. 
    • Search your email for a subject line that reads JK Boots $XX gift card.
    • Verify that the gift card was sent to the correct email address.
    • Add the [email protected] email address to the safe sender's list.
    • Contact JK Boots customer service to have the gift card email sent again.
  • Physical gift card not received
    • Check the tracking number details per carrier to see the status.

  • Gift card code not working during checkout
    • Ensure you're entering the proper code. Double check for typos, such as entering the letter 'O' for the number '0'. Also, sometimes people confuse 'l' (lowercase L) for the number '1'.
    • Gift card codes are case-sensitive, so you must enter the exact combination of upper- and lower-case letters and numbers provided in the gift card email.
    • Ensure there are no leading or trailing spaces before or after the code.
  • Incorrect gift card balance
    • Check previous transactions to ensure there haven't been previous card uses.
    • Clear your browser's cache, as sometimes old data may be causing a display issue. 
    • Contact JK Boots customer service team to confirm your card's current balance.
  • Unable to purchase a gift card
    • Confirm that the payment method being used is accepted.
    • Disable browser extensions, such as ad-blockers, that may interfere with the purchasing process.
    • Clear your browser's cookies and cache.
    • Try a different device or network.
